Project manager is aware of the medical tasks
of the project and finds solutions with regard to the study’s
aim and sponsor’s demands. He assures uniform problem
handling for all countries and sites. |

National co-ordinators (MDs as well) contribute local expertise
to solution of country- and centre- specific problems, e.g.
dealing with authorities and ECs, and supervising CRAs

Continuous status updates of various performance parameters enable
project management and sponsor to optimise the performance, to keep timelines and milestones and to respond immediately to occurring problems.
Email- based reporting from any country to the project manager reduces
mailing time and costs. Project manager will timely evaluate emailed
reports and immediately react to problems by appropriate means.
